Processing time is 1 to 3 business days, as all orders are processed on weekdays during business hours, not including weekends or holidays, unless otherwise noted. All orders placed on Friday & weekends will be processed the following business day. Standard Priority is 4-7 business days.We apologize but at this time we do not offer expedited shipping. The Grand En Tri staff is working safely and diligently to get all shipments out as soon as possible. Due to the current world climate, COVID-19, you may experience shipping delays.
We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. For this reason, we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it. Grand En Tri is not responsible for any items that may be lost or delayed in transit. Please file a claim on USPS.COM. All pieces are shipped via USPS. Once your item leaves our warehouse, delivery is in the hands of USPS. Any issues with delivery such as your tracking saying it’s delivered and you have not received your item, please contact USPS.
Need my package reshipped: In the case a package is returned back to Grand En Tri, a reshipment fee must be paid by the customer, in order to be reshipped back to the customer. Please contact email@example.com for further instructions.
Packages that are ‘returned to sender’ due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, will be issued a store credit minus shipping costs. At GRAND EN TRI, a pre-order is being “one step ahead of the rest” by making a reservation for an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. An estimated shipping date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product description.
What if I order an item that is currently available and a pre-order item?
Mixed orders consisting of currently available and pre-order items: the products will be dispatched at two different times, but you will be charged only once for the shipping fees. Don’t worry, we’ll cover the pre-sale shipping fee. What if I order two different
pre-sale items that do not have the same estimated shipping dates? Orders consisting of pre-order items with different estimated shipping dates: the products will be shipped together on the latest estimated shipping date. Your credit card will be charged for the
full pre-sale retail amount along with any taxes and fees at the time of check-out. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the pre-sale package is shipped. If one of the items you’ve received is incorrect, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org noting your order number and incorrect item(s) and we will forward a return label to you at no additional expense to you. Once received, we will ship out the correct item.
